The market of cross-border e-commerce is huge. Among the four major cross-border e-commerce platforms, Wish has also attracted many domestic sellers to settle in. However, with the continuous expansion of the seller group, the competition in cross-border e-commerce has become increasingly fierce. At the same time, with the increase in international logistics operating costs and the decrease in orders, how to do a good job in cross-border e-commerce is also a test of strength, so many sellers have also withdrawn from the cross-border platform. So, if the Wish store is closed, how to cancel it? 1. How to cancel a wish store? On the Wish platform, merchants cannot actively cancel or close their stores. If merchants do not want to operate, they can turn on the store holiday mode. 2. How does the wish store holiday mode work? If the seller wants to remove all products sold on Wish within a certain period of time, he can turn on "Vacation Mode" in the seller's merchant backend. The seller can turn on this setting in Account> Settings> Vacation Mode. During the vacation mode, the seller's products will not receive any orders. Once the holiday mode is turned on: the seller's store will no longer receive new orders, and all of the seller's products will be displayed as "sold out" on the Wish user end. Please note that 8 hours after setting the holiday mode, the seller's merchant backend will continue to receive new orders. Before the holiday mode is turned on, the seller needs to complete all orders. Once the holiday mode is turned off: users can repurchase the seller's products, the seller's originally listed products will show the correct inventory quantity, and merchants will no longer lose store rankings and display volume. "Holiday Mode" timeline example: Assume a store has two products, X and Y, and there are no active or pending orders. a) At 6:00am, the number of orders for store 1 is 0. b) 7:00am User purchases product X from Store 1 (Order A). c) 7:59am User purchases product Y from Store 1 (Order B). d) 8:00am Store 1 enters vacation mode and no longer generates new orders. e) 3:00pm Store 1 needs to process order A. f) 4:00pm Store 1 needs to process order B. g) At 4:00pm, no new orders will be displayed for the store to process. h) 4:30pm Orders A & B are processed by the user. For example, during the Spring Festival, wish sellers can also apply for holiday mode. Before turning on the holiday mode, just carefully count and check the orders and customer issues in the store. After the holiday mode is restored, it will not have much impact on the seller, and it will not cause the store traffic to return to zero. Therefore, if it is inconvenient for sellers to ship during the Spring Festival, it is better to turn on the holiday mode to avoid affecting the store performance due to long-term non-operation and causing unnecessary losses.
