The article I wrote yesterday actually entered the traffic pool, and I discovered the secret...

The traffic pool of public accounts has always been a "treasure" that creators dream of. It can instantly amplify the exposure and influence of articles. However, the secret to entering the traffic pool is little known. The author accidentally discovered that his article entered the traffic pool, and through review, he summarized the secret behind it. Let's take a look.

This kind of thing is really something you can only encounter but not seek. . .

1. What happened

I published an article yesterday. It was not very interesting. At 6 pm, I took a look and found that it had only about 1,300 views. It was this article:

Found an AI artifact for comic production, known as the fully revived version of DeepSeek!

But I never expected that when it was around 7 o'clock, I suddenly found that the number of readings had reached 2000+, and then the reading data was still increasing at a speed visible to the naked eye!

On average, the number of readings increases by nearly 100 per minute.

I thought to myself: Oh my god, is this the legendary traffic pool?

You asked me what the final result was? 100,000+?

Of course not... It just entered a small traffic pool, and the data eventually stayed there and didn't move much...

2. How can I enter the traffic pool?

I roughly thought about why this article was included in my traffic pool. The reasons may include the following three points:

First: I spent two or three days on this article, and it really took a lot of effort. In terms of the quality of the article, at least the system has determined that it is high-quality content;

Second: The topic of the article is related to DeepSeek. This topic has had a huge amount of traffic recently. My article is tagged with DeepSeek.

Third: and most importantly, not long after this article was published, I sent red envelopes to my friends and family and got a lot of "likes" and "reading"! Then, a lot of friends may be interested in this tool and interacted with it by "leaving a message"!

It is possible that because of these “likes”, “reading” and “comments”, when the system automatically reviewed this article of mine around 7 o’clock in the evening, it was determined that the interactive data of this article was relatively good, so it was put into the traffic pool!

3. What is the use of entering the traffic pool?

Let me sum it up with Xu Zhimo's poem:

"I left quietly, just as I came quietly; I waved my sleeves and did not take away a cloud..."

I reviewed the data and found that except for the increase in the number of readers, other data, such as the number of fans, likes, readings, and reposts, basically did not increase much. . .

Maybe it’s because my traffic pool is too small. If I were to get into a larger traffic pool, all kinds of data would definitely improve.

I have actually been to a traffic pool before, and I guess the mechanism of the traffic pool should be like this:

(1) The system randomly pushed my article to the “2,000 traffic pool groups”;

(2) But because my article is not suitable for the general public, these people just glanced at it and then left;

(3) Then, the system determined again that my article did not have good interaction in this small traffic pool, so it did not enter the larger traffic pool, and the traffic came to an abrupt halt!

So, if you want to enter the traffic pool, or want to enter a large traffic pool, I think:

First, you have to rely on persistence and luck. Entering the traffic pool requires probability.

Second, the audience of the content must be broad. Otherwise, like me, it will be difficult to jump out of a small traffic pool and enter a larger traffic pool!

4. Suggestion: Instead of creating a “traffic pool”, it is better to create a “search”

This is the place. In fact, this search is the same function as the "search box" above the WeChat chat interface~

Here are some data for you:

The initial data for these articles were not high, with only about one or two thousand views.

But data from all aspects continue to rise every day. I studied it and it should be the rising data through the "Search" interface!

Don’t ask me how I came up with this… Because I often use the “Search” function to find information myself…

These articles have received 10,000 to 20,000 views. I can only say that WeChat’s user base is really huge. It’s amazing~

If you want to do a "Search", it's easy. You only need the article title and the tags at the end of the article, including the keywords that others may enter when they "Search", and that's it~
