Tips for complaint materials: If you believe that the product's trademark/patent/copyright or unregistered images are not infringing, the party complained against should confirm that its products (including but not limited to products and graphic descriptions) do not contain the complaining party's corresponding trademark/patent/copyright or unregistered images, etc., and provide specific inconsistent comparison materials, etc. It is recommended to supplement the "Comparative Analysis Description" and upload the complaint statement as required by the system. If you claim that it was delivered by mistake, please specify the type of non-infringement and provide supporting materials. You can clearly indicate the point of misdelivery, such as writing "×× was mistakenly delivered as ××". III. Complaint Submission The appeal will be strictly judged based on the appeal materials submitted. If the materials provided are incomplete or insufficient to prove non-infringement, or if you cannot prove that you have legal intellectual property rights, the appeal may fail. After the appeal fails, you cannot supplement the appeal materials again and there will be no opportunity for supplementary appeal. For sellers who obviously make malicious appeals or abuse their appeal rights, the platform will accumulate such appeal data and evaluate and impose penalties. |
