1. How to find orders in the OZON backend personal center

The complete information of warehouse delivery orders can be viewed in the menu bar of the OZON seller personal center. Orders can be filtered according to warehouse, logistics company and delivery method.

2. How to prepare orders

1) From the seller's personal center, go to "Logistic" → "Orders from my warehouses" → "Awaiting packing" page and find the order that needs to be packed.

2) To split a package, you need to click on its number and then drag the desired items to the new package area. Each package will require separate bag and digital tracking.

3) Ensure that each package is packed as required and the package cannot be changed after stocking. The specific packaging requirements should be determined by the logistics service provider, and the OZON platform has no requirements for packaging.

4) Click the Package the order button.

Sellers can also go to "Logistic" → "Orders from my warehouses" → "Awaiting packing" column, click the packing label next to the corresponding order or use the API to prepare the goods. When the order preparation is completed, the goods status will change to "Awaiting shipment".

Tips:

If first-leg logistics is set up, the order preparation time should not exceed 5 days, and a maximum of 9 working days can be allocated for transfer to delivery.

If an order is in the "Awating packaging" status (waiting for stock) for a period exceeding the maximum period set when setting up the warehouse, OZON will notify the overdue situation. If the order status does not change before the end of the next business day after receiving this notification, OZON will cancel the order.
