The proportion of stores with seller penalty points ≥ 4 points is as follows: The eligibility for each month's collection will be based on the seller's performance in the past month. Because penalty points are accumulated on a quarterly basis, the requirements for the first, second, and third months of each quarter are different. If the seller is in the free pickup area and meets the relevant requirements, he will be eligible for free pickup. It should be noted that the platform will provide sellers with free collection services or freight subsidy qualifications based on the actual situation of each qualified seller, and sellers can only have one of the two. This policy only applies to sellers whose order packages are sent to warehouses in mainland China (mainland China warehouses refer to South China warehouses, Shanghai warehouses, Yiwu warehouses, and Quanzhou warehouses). If the seller provides a false delivery address, they will be permanently disqualified from free collection or freight subsidy. For sellers who fail to meet the requirements, the platform will recommend collection service providers that have cooperated with the platform, and sellers can enjoy cheaper and better collection services than those on the market.
