Shopify's US-based logistics network service provider Deliverr goes online

Deliverr, a local logistics network service provider in the United States, has officially launched on the Shopify App Store and become an official logistics service provider. Independent website sellers only need to search for Deliverr Fulfillment in the Shopify App store, add the application to the Shopify seller store in a few simple steps, and use Deliverr's technology logistics services to fulfill, operate and manage Shopify orders.

Independent website sellers can obtain more flexible and fast logistics solutions by choosing a series of modular services on Deliverr, including e-commerce fulfillment, truck delivery, satellite warehouses, last-mile delivery, and return services. They can also integrate Deliverr Fulfillment through the Shopify App store, quickly apply for the Shop Promise badge, and avoid the tedious certification process.

Merchants wearing the Shop Promise badge on their Shopify store pages can choose to provide two-day delivery service across the United States for first-time consumers; products wearing the Shop Promise badge will receive a higher store ranking in search lists and can also be added to advertisements, products, and shopping cart pages.

After applying for the Shop Promise badge, sellers can also set a certain consumption threshold for the free two-day delivery service through the "minimum free shipping amount" and "fast badge" to increase product sales.

In addition, after integrating Deliverr Fulfillment through the Shopify App store, independent website sellers can intuitively experience functions such as order warehousing status, query logistics status, calculate order prices, and generate reports with one click within the Deliverr seller platform.

It is worth mentioning that in May this year, Shopify announced that it had reached an agreement with Deliverr to acquire the latter for US$2.1 billion. It is reported that this is Shopify’s largest deal in history and will create an end-to-end logistics service platform for millions of merchants on the platform.

In July this year, Shopify completed the acquisition of Deliverr. After officially joining Shopify, Deliverr plans to provide customers with innovative logistics solutions that are deeply integrated with the Shopify platform. Users can continue to enjoy the sales channel integration, stable and reliable SLA, and transparent and preferential prices provided by Deliverr.

As part of Deliverr’s modular logistics solution, users will also get fast fulfillment services for large-scale e-commerce and independent website sellers - whether they are Shopify merchants or not; simplified, intelligent inventory and order delivery and management from port to consumer door; and flexible, independent logistics to expand merchant business, including truck delivery, satellite warehouses, last-mile logistics and return services.
