Who pays for the return shipping fee of Lazada?

For cancelled orders, the merchant's bill can show that the order has been signed for before the buyer returns it.

1. Customer requests a return

Article 1: The value of the goods to be returned must be higher than a certain value. For example, the value of the goods (converted in local currency, based on the selling price of the goods when the order is placed):

Article 2: In Mainland China/Hong Kong, sellers enjoy free return service (sellers need to register the mailing address in TIMES's return system), and the $10 return fee has been cancelled!

Buyer Returns

Customers can return the following products within 7 calendar days: wrong products, out of stock, counterfeit products, damaged products, non-conforming products.

Once the return arrives, Lazada will notify the seller via email.

Note: Only consumers specified by Thai law can return goods due to "change of mind", other platforms cannot.

There are four main reasons for Lazada logistics delivery failure:

1. The recipient is not at home

2. The address is incomplete, the phone cannot be connected, and the package cannot be delivered to the buyer.

3. Incorrect consignee information

4. Buyer refuses to accept (buyer feels delivery takes too long, refuses to pay cash on delivery, denies purchase)

If the package is cancelled, the customer refuses to pay, the delivery address is wrong, etc., it will not be considered a failed delivery and there will be no chance of re-delivery.

The question of who pays for the return shipping fee is very simple. The party that makes the mistake will bear the responsibility. If the product is returned or exchanged due to a problem with the product, it will generally be returned to the local shipping center first. There will be a 28-day retention period. If the product is intact, it can be shipped to other buyers as a new store order during this period.
