Entrepreneurs’ sense of rhythm and relaxation

The overdraft from the past two months kept me in bed for a week.

I can't do anything but stay in bed. It's really ironic compared to my previous schedule where I had to work every second.

I schedule my time to be very full, basically from the time I open my eyes in the morning to the time I go to bed at night. In every hour, I have a clear thing to do.

I think time is precious and I want to improve efficiency.

Tell me what I would do.

I spend most of my time delivering goods to clients, meeting friends, and writing various things. A small part of my time is spent preparing for live broadcasts, writing Knowledge Planet, reading, daydreaming, working out, taking walks, etc. In fact, my work and life are quite regular.

In addition, I always keep thinking. What we do is very non-standard, and each has its own advantages, entry points and ways of playing. We can learn from others' models, but we must invest more energy in exploring the path that suits us.

What I am thinking about is: how to productize the company's business, how to increase the scale, optimize the experience, sort out the process, etc. You also need to make friends widely to prepare for talent.

Anyway, my Feishu document is full of things to do. From this perspective, the task is indeed a bit heavy.

During this period of recuperation, I have been thinking about whether this is the right thing to do.

Share some feelings and reflections:

1. Desires cannot exceed abilities by far. At least not in the short term. If you have high expectations but low skills, something bad will happen sooner or later.

2. Money, energy, and trust from partners are reservoirs. They cannot just be consumed, they must be continuously replenished.

3. You should work for your career for a lifetime, but how long this life is is determined by your body.

4. When doing mental work, you should maintain a relaxed state. It does not mean being inefficient or wasting time, but it means that state.

5. Cut off unimportant projects and don’t indulge in the state of self-struggle, otherwise you will be exhausted.

6. Rely on the team, throw yourself out and everyone will catch you.

Unlike the retail industry or live streaming e-commerce that pursues efficiency, we provide enterprise-level services, where rhythm and relaxation are important. This is because:

1. It takes time to deliver professional capabilities, which is the value of content IP;

2. Be trusted by the enterprise, have matching needs, and have a continuous communication process;

3. It takes time to understand and analyze the industry and continuously improve and accumulate knowledge structure. The deeper you understand what you do, the stronger your control ability will be.

As a second-grade student, my current skills are far from enough, and I will always make mistakes in the process. But there is no need to worry or be anxious, just keep thinking and correct it quickly.
