Sellers can choose to transport their goods to any warehouse in Shenzhen, Yiwu or Hong Kong sorting center, and Lazada will then be responsible for shipping them overseas. 2. Use LGS logistics to ship goods. The process mainly consists of three steps: 1. Domestic logistics and transportation: After the seller receives the buyer's order, he needs to arrange for the goods to be transported to Lazada's warehouse through domestic logistics. First, the seller must contact Lazada customer service to activate the LGS service. After that, the seller needs to contact the logistics company to ship the goods. However, if the store’s average daily order volume in the last 30 days is greater than or equal to 50 orders, and the pickup address is approved, Lazada also provides door-to-door delivery services. 2. International logistics and transportation: After Lazada's domestic sorting center receives the goods sent by the seller, it will unpack and scan them, then classify the sites to which the products will be shipped, and then transport them to Lazada's overseas warehouses via international freight. After arriving in various parts of Southeast Asia, it will first be delivered through the local customs broker 3PL, and then through the local sorting center, and then to various important city stations. 3. Product delivery: For Lazada product delivery, LGS will arrange its own logistics or 3PL to deliver to buyers. If you choose 3PL delivery, you need to go through customs declaration first, and then sort and deliver, which is more complicated than free logistics delivery. After the buyer receives the goods, the logistics status will show "delivered successfully", and the payment will be automatically paid to the seller. The system will pay the order amount to the seller without waiting for the buyer to confirm receipt. Regarding Lazada's shipping fees, they are mainly divided into two parts: domestic transportation to the warehouse fee + international transportation fee, and the final shipping fee is paid by the buyer. The cost of domestic transportation depends on which logistics company the seller chooses, their charging standards, and the volume and weight of the goods. The LGS fee is calculated and charged by the platform only when the order status is updated to "Delivered".
