Calculation method of collection rate:

Sales remittance rate = payment received this month / total sales this month

1. Actively improve customer unit price and conversion

The average order value is related to the total sales. The average order value of a product is not immutable. We can increase the price volatilely according to the ranking.

If the ranking is stable, you can increase the price slightly and observe the orders and ranking at the same time. It will generally remain stable for 2-3 days. If there is no impact, you can increase the price again.

At the same time, we should also pay attention to the conversion rate. A good conversion rate coupled with a high average order value is a winner!

Factors affecting conversion rate: title, picture, price, delivery method, five-point product description, category, video, review, QA, and FBA inventory quantity.

2. Reduce refund rate

For every 1% reduction in the refund rate, the collection rate will increase by 1%. Actively analyze the reasons for returns and find out where optimization can be done.
